There are many sites that list blogs for any chosen subject.
For instance, Technorati is a site where you can easily find blogs
with topics that are similar to yours. Type any keyword into the
search window, and hundreds of the latest posts on this topic will
show up. Take your time, and write a comment with a link pointing to
your blog.
The comment does not have to be long, but it does have to be useful.
Unfortunately due to spam abuse, many blog owners have disabled the
comment feature. Owners who allow comments have to continually spend
their time scrutinizing the commentaries to insure that their blogs do
not contain spam.
Respect their efforts by leaving useful non offensive commentaries, so
that links pointing to your blog will not be deleted and could bring
free traffic for a long time to come.
